Our submission platform is call based so customers can submit order through a phone call to any of our branches in the NCBD.

Once your collection order is processed, you will receive a confirmation text message or email depending on the order channel used.
Our attendants can view order requests from all customized in one centralized, easy-to-use interface. This makes easy for them to seamlessly attend to each order, greatly reducing the turnaround time. At this step, we notify the requester by email or SMS, about steps to follow to get on
Once the prerequisites for honoring the order are met; location info, garment type(s), payment; the information is then forwarded to our operations team for final action.
You can also get in touch with us by calling our Collection & Delivery hotline to give custom instructions for dry cleaning of your garment(s) and this is actively populated along with your order.

Our dispatch and delivery system has been crafted from over 52 years of observing and learning customer patterns and mapping out routes to make garment delivery as seamlessly quick as possible. We boast a variety of delivery channels including vans, outriders and even on-foot delivery personnel for short distances like within the CBD.
We deliver to any location of your convenience within the area that we cover be it your office, business or home.
